One Year Warranty.
Our items comes with 1 Year warranty (to give you a complete confidence).
Just like any computer company, the warranty does not cover any software conflicts created by user (virus/accidental deleted system files). After the first 60 days, the warranty will cover labour (using our own technicians) not parts.
All returns must be authorised by ourselves before sending back. We can then identify exactly where the item has come from. This will reduce the time that it takes for replacement or refund.
For any returns, we will need to give you a Returns Authorisation Code.
Kindly avoid shipping any items without prior notification.

Liability.
We will not be held responsible for any attempted deliveries for which recipient are not readily available to receive item.
If recipient is not available for courier to deliver then the courier company themselves have the right to follow their processes.
Customer will be liable to resolve any deliveries with couriers if they were not present to receive item upon attempted delivery.
If item is sent back to our warehouse due to failed delivery, then we hold the right to request further charges from customer, in order to ship the item again. This may include checking the item again, repackaging and re-delivery costs.
Liability is shifted to customer for any incorrect addresses given by customer or any couriers who do not find the correct location due to GPS issues.
